Returns

RETURNS

We accept returns in exchange for store credit only. We do not offer refunds except in the instance of damaged or faulty items. Due to limited quantities available, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be in stock once we receive your return. All returns will automatically be issued a store credit valid for 12 months.

     

    SALE ITEMS

    All items in our Sale section are final sale. They will not be restocked and cannot be returned. Items purchased during a sale period or using a discount code cannot be returned (welcome discount code excepted). 

     

    SWIMWEAR & BEAUTY ITEMS

    Swimwear and beauty items can only be returned for store credit. 

     

    RETURN SHIPPING

    Elerò is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your item(s).

     

    STORE CREDIT & REFUND VALUE

    Store credit/ refund value will be for the amount of the purchased item(s) minus original shipping charges. 

     

    FAULTY ITEMS

    All of our products are quality checked before sending. However, in the rare case that your item is faulty, please contact us directly at info@elerothelabel.com. Upon us receiving and inspecting the product, if deemed faulty, you will be offered a replacement or refund. 

     

    DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

    We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within the expected timeframe. Our delivery times are a guide only and may vary from country to country. Elerò does not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages once dispatched.
